Desktop Flag 3D, as the name suggests, is a program to install a 3D flag on your PC desktop. Desktop Flag 3D has no less than 192 flags. Or if you prefer, you can load the image of a flag that isn`t in those included in the program. You can also choose among ten flag images to load them as a wallpaper.
